YOU don't have to face this alone
As someone who has walked through the civil court system as both a survivor and an attorney, I know how daunting it can be. If you or someone you love has been impacted by sexual abuse, I want to do what I can to help. I can’t make promises about the results and there’s a lot that is outside of our control, but I can be honest with you as you navigate the journey to reclaiming control of your story and your voice.
Rachael Denhollander does not guarantee an initial consultation. The decision to offer an initial consultation is based on factors such as the type of case, capacity at the firm, and/or interest in the matter. It’s important to note that consultations may have limitations. For instance, the Firm may only conduct a screening to gather additional information about the claim, without fully reviewing documents, providing comprehensive legal advice, or establishing an attorney-client relationship. The purpose of the initial consultation is to allow the Firm to understand the nature of the potential client’s matter and determine if representation is possible on an hourly or contingency basis. Any information shared during the initial consultation is protected and will remain confidential, regardless of whether our services are retained.
Contacting Rachael Denhollander for an initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship until an agreement has been reached between you and the firm to handle a particular matter. The formation of an attorney-client relationship requires prior satisfaction of multiple factors including resolution of possible conflicts of interest, an appropriate fee arrangement, and mutual agreement on the terms of the engagement.
